MacDoc Realty, As you know, we just recently closed on a property last Friday. My sister is getting settled into her new home, and I think she will be very happy there.
We just want to say a few words about our experience with your agent Heather Krause, and assistant Sabine Richey. Pat and I have been selling real estate in the Fredericksburg area for well over 20 years, and we have worked with a great number of people during our careers. Heather was one of the most pleasant agents we have encountered, and it was a nice experience dealing with her. We especially want to let you know what a "prize" you have in Sabine. She was absolutely one of the most professional assistants we have ever dealt with. Her response was always quick and efficient, and her demeanor was always pleasant. You most certainly can take pride in having her as a representative of your company.
