"Heather was one of the most pleasant agents..."
MacDoc Realty, As you know, we just recently closed on a property last Friday. My sister is getting settled into her new home, and I think she will be very happy there. We just want to say a few words about our experience with your agent Heather Krause, and assistant Sabine Richey. Pat and I have been selling real estate in the Fredericksburg area for well over 20 years, and we have worked with a great number of people during our careers. Heather was one of the most pleasant agents we have encountered, and it was a nice experience dealing with her. We especially want to let you know what a "prize" you have in Sabine. She was absolutely one of the most professional assistants we have ever dealt with. Her response was always quick and efficient, and her demeanor was always pleasant. You most certainly can take pride in having her as a representative of your company. Our thanks to all for making this case a great experience. Sincerely, Pat and Linda
Sincerely, Pat and Linda

Relocation >Moving Companies
Contacting different moving companies is one of the first steps in moving to a new house. You will find a variety of service options and price ranges from which to choose, whether you are moving across town or thousands of miles across the country.
Call several companies for estimates. Ask each company exactly how their charges are calculated and what is included. How much insurance is included in the estimate? What is the cost for additional coverage? Are there special provisions for fragile or unusually valuable items? Is the delivery date guaranteed?
If economizing is important to you, ask if there are ways to cut down on the cost by providing your own boxes and packing your household goods by yourself. Household movers are competitive, and comparison shopping can help you get the best value for your moving dollars.
