We are a full service management company that knows the needs of Real Estate investors and owners. 

Our company is unique in that the owners consist not only of a licensed Real Estate agent, but successful Real Estate investors. The knowledge and attention to detail we provide for our own properties is passed on to our customers.

Our unique business model allows us to work with some of the largest Real Estate investors and banks - BUT we also manage privately owned homes with the same attention and detail.

New Tenants
-1st months rent
(Maximum fee $1000) 

Renewal Fee

-8% monthly management fee
(Based only on rent collected)
-Other fees may apply for services outside of those listed. 

Services Provided
-Collect all rent and other charges according to lease. 

-Receive and respond to all repair request and complaints. 

-Hire, discharge and supervise all labor and employees required for the operation and maintenance of the property. 

-Inspect and follow up on any repairs and construction being performed on the property. 

-Conduct initial move in inspection and move out inspection. 

-Terminate tenancies, and serve legal eviction notices. 

-Appear in court for any necessary eviction processes. 

-Deposit rent directly into owner's account and forward monthly statement of cash flow with copies of any paid repair bills. 

-Provide annual statements of receipts and disbursements for tax purposes.
